In Ukraine in May there will be a direct flight from Kiev to Bergamo in northern Italy


In the summer of 2017 the airline "International Airlines of Ukraine" will open direct regular air service between Kiev and Bergamo in the north of Italy. This is reported by the press service of the UIA. 

It is reported that Bergamo will be the fifth point of the airline in Italy. New UIA flights will be operated on Boeing 737-800 aircraft with two classes of service - business and economic. From May 16 - twice a week, since June 4 - three times, and since July 15 - daily.

"Italy enjoys constant popularity with passengers from Ukraine and abroad," said Evgenia Satskaya, the company's corporate press secretary.

It is also reported that at the moment the airline operates flights to Rome, Milan, Malpensa, Venice and Bologna. In Bergamo, there is an effective ground communication with Milan.

"The wide range of routes and choice of carriers is an integral part of the progressive development of the airport ... Industry and trade are well developed in the province of Lombardy, and there is a Ukrainian diaspora here and we hope that these factors will affect the demand for air transportation from Bergamo airport and will contribute to growth Our network of routes, "said Giacomo Cattaneo, aerial director of Bergamo International Airport.

In UIA also note that the price of a one-way economy class ticket including all taxes and fees is: from Kiev from 4183 hryvnia (the price may vary depending on fluctuations of the hryvnia to the US dollar).
