Kyiv — The Government of Ukraine has approved an additional allocation of UAH 4.8 billion to strengthen the national “eRecovery” program, Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko announced today.
The new funding will be directed toward housing certificates within the initiative “HOME: Compensation for Destroyed Housing.” This measure will allow nearly 3,700 families who lost their homes as a result of Russia’s full-scale aggression to purchase new housing.
The resources are being provided under an agreement between the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine and the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB), signed during the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC) in Rome in July 2025.
“eRecovery remains one of the key tools of state support for Ukrainians whose homes were destroyed or damaged during the war. Since its launch, more than 120,000 families have already received compensation,” said Prime Minister Svyrydenko.
The Government underscores that the expansion of eRecovery reflects Ukraine’s continued commitment to rebuilding war-affected communities and ensuring that citizens can regain access to safe and modern housing.
