In Ukraine - the new airline.

LLC "Airline "Anda Eyre" was registered in Kiev in the end of 2015, according to rosreestra legal entities.

It was founded by the former head of the airline "Dart" Samanco Sergei and Georgy Avanesov. S. Semenko is also the head of the company "Anda Eyre". 

The authorized capital of the company amounted, according to the register, 50 thousand UAH. 

As it became known to Forbes, the company is in the process of obtaining certificate of the state aviation administration and may start flights in summer navigation, to specialize in the beginning, will be on Charter traffic, particularly in Turkey, Egypt, Montenegro, Croatia, Albania and Greece.

The fleet of the company initially planned to generate the 2-3 medium-haul Boeing aircraft. Base the sides planned at the airport "Kiev".

Semenko reported that the project investment will total $15 million, and the payback period in the business plan is for three years, and Avanesov added that the investments will come from Singapore holding company, which name is not disclosed.
