In Odessa, launched Uber


2 Feb international technology company Uber, maker of the eponymous mobile app to call a car, announced the launch of the service in Odessa. 

About it reported in a press-service of the company.

Thus, it offers users affordable uberX, the price of the trip which starts from 14 UAH. Rates for uberX in Odessa will be: 5 UAH – delivery of the car and 4,50 UAH per kilometer in the way.

"From the first day to pay for rides with Uber in Odessa will be possible in cash or with registered application Bank card", – stated in the message.

It is also noted that users will be able to know the estimated fare in advance, before the order confirmation. After each trip, the user will receive an e-mail receipt, which will contain information about the pick-up location, route, map travel information about the driver and detail cost.

"Our goal is to provide safe, fast, reliable and comfortable moving around the city for every resident and visitor to Odessa," – said the General Manager of Uber in Ukraine and the CIS Alex Stach.
